Summary: Sadly they had numerous issues during my stay from the AC unit being broken on the first night and a long delay in a technician coming to fix it resulting in a sleepless night due to overheating to the room not being cleaned to the overflowing of jacuzzi in the garden area. While the property itself is absolutely gorgeous, these three top issues made our stay unpleasant.

Summary: Love love the resort we were transported to another beach due to seaweeds and the hotel is breathtaking. A bit far from town though. But will visit again

Summary: This property (much like the rest if Barbados) is beautiful and safe!!! The staff were amazing, very accommodating, and extremely nice! Not a lot of food options close by, but the resort has a few places to choose from. However, the food available at the resort wasn't to my liking. Do yourself a favor and rent a car. Barbados has plenty of less expensive, better tasting food options (Oistins). With all that being said, I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The facilities are great, however the fact that the sargassum has been a factor for quite some time now makes it misleading to advertise that the property is right on the beach. There was NO beach access (and had not been for quite some time) due to the seaweed. Guests had to be transported to a different beach (approximately 45 minutes away) to experience beach. The shuttle for the beach is only offered 3 out of 7 days a week (T, W, Th).

Summary: Property is kind of far from all the areas you probably want to see and go to but the property is nice and worth the money.You will most definitely need a car to get around but the rooms are spacious clean and nice

Summary: Some of staff at the restaurant were not friendly at all . It is like they didn’t care about us even though We had young kids with us . It took forever for the food to arrive to our table. The AC went out few times . We had water issue upon arrival etc ..
